ABILITIES

The mCITIZEN is an app for "smart mobile devices", which gives to citizens the ability to submit queries, suggestions, complaints, requests to Municipality, via a synchronus, dynamic and adaptable enviroment. Besides, it is placing emphasis on giving informations to people about daily news, touristy news and news that concern public security and civil protection. The mCITIZEN combines communication and information with a profesional service of notifications. It is an app which aims to strengthen the services of Municipality concerning citizens, via public services for mobile devices. This makes citizens able to interact with Municipality with safety in 24 x 7 base.

Useful Information

See all useful information such as telephone numbers, addresses, emails of Municipality, Hospitals, public organizations and communicate directly with them via the app. Besides communicate with the emergency telephone number 112, which can be dialed free of charge from most mobile telephones.
